United Airlines Creates Oprah Themed Plane To Celebrate Final Season

United Airlines creates a special Boeing 757 to honor Oprah Winfrey and the final season of her talk show. The plane is designed with Oprah’s logo on the nose, tail and body of the aircraft. The interior is decorated by Oprah herself, and passengers will be greeted with a special video from Winfrey, as well. Oprah Tops Forbes Celebrity 100 List

Forbes released their annual Celebrity 100 list. The Celebrity 100 is a list of the top 100 most powerful celebrities that is based on Income, Web, Press, TV/Radio and Social rank. Taking the #1 spot is Oprah Winfrey with earnings of $315 million. Oprah is reportedly in her last season of The Oprah Show and her 24/7 cable network OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network is already in motion to launch next year. Oprah, The Best Boss Ever?

Oprah is making headlines again after buying gifts for all of her employees over at O Magazine. The Queen of Talk Show TV wanted to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of O Magazine and decided to gift each staff member $10,000 and an iPad with a leather case. Apparently the gifts were given to the staff from Oprah to thank them for their hard work and dedication to the magazine.

Oprah Treats Her Staff To A Vacation

Oprah WinfreyIn celebration of Oprah’s 55th Birthday, the multi-billionaire is taking her whole Harpo staff and their families on a 10-day Mediterranean cruise. Winfey will be hosting a 3-day party in Barcelona, Spain to commemorate the special occasion. According to The Chicago Sun-Times, Oprah is covering expensive ranging from transportation, food, drinks and activities at port stops. Oprah and her staff are set to travel to Spain, Italy, Turkey, Greece and Malta. Chicago-based ‘Best Travel’ says, a cruise like the one Winfrey is taking her staff on costs about $5,400 a person. In 2005, Winfrey celebrated the end of her “Wildest Dreams” season by surprising her staff with an all-expenses-paid trip to Hawaii.
