SOLD: Russell Simmons & Kimora Lee New Jersey Mansion
According to the NY Post, the former couple have finally sold their old Saddle River, NJ mansion for $13.9 million. Back in 2007, the 35,000-square-foot home was listed on the market for $23.8 million. The mansion that sits on four acres has 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. Other amenities include a custom movie theater, indoor and outdoor pools, professional gymnasium, fitness center, large wine cellar, staff quarters and an advance security system.

Kimora Lee Simmons house is currently on the market in Beverly Hills Post Office area on the market less than a year after buying it. The asking price for the home is $7.75 million. Last June, she paid the $5.9 million asking price for the home. The “country English” style home sits on a 5,923 square feet lot, has five bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. If you happen to be a Jessica Simpson fan you’ll be happy to know that is Kimora’s next door neighbor.
