Hyundai has announced a few more details on the 2011 Hyundai Equus. Hyundai says they will offer two kinds of models for the Equus: Equus Signature and Equus Ultimate.

Hyundai Giving Away A Free iPad With An Equus
Hyundai is offering a new incentive to customers who purchase their all-new 2011 Equuis. Along with the Equuis, customers will get a free iPad that will come preloaded with a Hyundai app which will allow customers to schedule service appointments and access an interactive electronic owner’s manual.
Hyundai Motor America CEO John Krafcik says the launch of the Equus, “has driven us to create an innovative customer experience designed to save our customers time. We’ll use what we learn from Equus to upgrade the customer experience for all Hyundai owners.” The Hyundai Equus goes on sale this fall in the U.S.
2011 Hyundai Equus
Hyundai Equus is the first series of full size luxury sedans from the manufacturer. Hyundai has incorporated elements that you might see on a Mercedes-Benz ranging to a Maybach into the Equus. In Korea, the Equus comes in at a price-point of $96,000 and fits in the same league as the BMW 7 series, Mercedes-Benz S-Class and Lexus LS460. According to Hyundai, it offers the passengers unparalleled levels of interior volume and world’s most comfortable passenger experience. Hyundai also claims, the engine and other functions have been reinforced to attain first-class performance, safety, comfort and convenience. Unfortunately the car isn’t sold in the U.S. yet, but Korean automakers plan to ship 100 Hyundai Equus sedans to the states for display at dealerships throughout the country.
