It’s that time of the year again where Forbes complies its annual list of The World’s Richest. The list holds many of the familiar names such as Carlos Slim Helu, Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, Mark Zuckerberg and Bernard Arnault with a few newcomers such as, Domenico Dolce & Stefano Gabbana, Tory Burch and Sara Blakely. Forbes has released its annual list of Hip-Hop Cash Kings, coming in at the #1 spot is Jay-Z racking in $63 million last year. I’m sure this isn’t surprising to many because he usually places in the top two consistently. Forbes released their annual Celebrity 100 list. The Celebrity 100 is a list of the top 100 most powerful celebrities that is based on Income, Web, Press, TV/Radio and Social rank. Taking the #1 spot is Oprah Winfrey with earnings of $315 million. Oprah is reportedly in her last season of The Oprah Show and her 24/7 cable network OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network is already in motion to launch next year. Forbes recently put together a list of the World’s Top Earning Models of 2009. Coming in at 1st place is Gisele Bundchen earning an income of $25 million over the past year.
