The End Of D&G By Dolce & Gabbana

Unfortunately D&G has come to an end. Dolce & Gabbana have announced today that it will cease it’s D&G line ending with today’s RTW Spring 2012 fashion show. In a statement, the designers said the move would give “even more strength and energy to our collections.” Luckily, this won’t be the last time we will be seeing D&G. According to Women’s Wear Daily, the brand plans on incorporating the D&G line into its signature line.

Dolce & Gabbana For Naomi T-Shirt Collection

Famous fashion duo Dolce & Gabbana are celebrating Naomi Campbell’s 25th anniversary of being in the fashion industry. To celebrate, they are releasing a limited t-shirt collection and hosting a big launch event. The collection will feature 14 different designs, each of them of will have display an iconic photo of the supermodel. These photos have been taken by world renown photographers such as Patrick Demarchelier, Steven Klein, David LaChapelle, Mario Testino, Ellen von Unwerth, Bruce Weber, Steven Meisel, Herb Ritts and Peter Lindbergh.

Dolce & Gabbana has sparked attention with their new Spring/Summer 2010 ad campaign featuring Madonna. The images were taken by celebrity photographer Steven Klein in New York City. The ad campaign will be published in this week’s Italian Vanity Fair. Designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana said, “To have Madonna in our campaign is a dream come true”.
