Alicia Keys and husband Swizz Beatz just picked up a new piece of real estate that they can call home. The couple purchased Eddie Murphy’s ‘Bubble Hill’ mansion in Englewood, New Jersey at a steal of $12 million. Back in 2004, the home was originally placed up for sale for $30 million and since then, the asking price has been reduced several times during the course of seven years that its been on the market.
‘Bubble Hill’ is a 25,000 square-foot mansion that sits on a 5-acre lot. The mansion has 7 bedrooms and 9 full and 4 half bathrooms with a total of 32 rooms. This place comes packed with amenities offering just about anything you could think of such as an indoor and outdoor pool, bowling alley, spa, movie theater, 5-car garage, gym, playground, racketball and tennis courts, and even a recording studio which we’re will will come in handy for the songstress and music producer.
