According to Real Estalker, Lagerfeld has dropped the price from $6.5 million to $5.2 million for an apartment which was owned but never occupied by him. The apartment resides at 50 Gramercy Park North spans over 2,151 square feet and has 2-3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
