Music Mogul Tommy Mottola has listed his 324-acre ranch near Aspen, Colorado with an asking price for $27.5 million. Mottola bought the property back in 2003 for $14.7 million and says his reason for selling was due to the lack of time he spends at the home. Tommy Motolla is known for his former position as chairman of Sony Music Entertainment and for working with top artists such as Bruce Springsteen and Mariah Carey.
The compound has five bedrooms and features a Western style decor. There are also two guest homes with four bedrooms in all. Hopefully this can be a quick sale for Mottola like his former Miami Beach home on the exclusive Star Island which was purchased by Sean “Diddy” Combs back in 2003 for an estimated $15 million. Mottolla also owns homes in Greenwich, CT, New York, NY and Palm Beach, FL.
