Carlos Slim’s $140 Million Real Estate Purchase

Billionaire Carlos Slim recently picked up a new piece of real estate in New York City. Slim is under contract to pay $140 million for an 11-story New York City office building located at 417 Fifth Avenue. The building was owned by Joseph Moinian and Goldman Sachs and was originally bought with a purchase price of $250 million.

Carlos Silm has been acclaimed as the richest person in the world with an estimated net worth of $53.5 Billion.
