Eddie Murphy’s Bubble Hill estate in New Jersey has been on the market for some time now. It was first placed on the market back in 2004 and still hasn’t been sold yet. The estate was named after Murphy’s song, “Bubble Hill” back in 1989 and recently went through a major overhaul. The 32-room mansion in Englewood, New Jersey has been on the market for about five years and was introduced with a selling price of $30 million, but the current price of the property has been reduced to $14.99 million. The Bubble Hill estate is a 25,000 square feet lavish gated property and features many amenities such as large entertaining areas, theater, recording studio bowling alley, full-size racquetball court, indoor pool, elevator and a carriage house with gym.
