Kanye West recently held an album preview party in L.A. on Tuesday night. Kanye wanted to do it big wanting to give his fans and give guests something to remember, so of course he fills the room with naked models.
The idea came about when Kanye hired Italian contemporary artist Vanessa Beecroft to take over a party space in the Los Angeles loft where the event was held and she hired 50 live nude models for the event. The models posed like statues against a wall of light, as West unveiled his new album to stunned guests.
Kanye hinted to his guest of 700 that he didn’t care if critics give him a negative review saying “These are pieces of real life that I’m putting out for people to judge. It’s from my heart. I don’t give a f**k if someone rates it ‘hot’ or ‘not.’ I’m here to bring positivity that cannot be judged. It’s like judging a grandmother’s love.”
He also mentioned to critics, fans and music executives in attendance that his new “Cold As Winter” track was tribute to his mother who died last year due to complications from cosmetic surgery.
Kanye also revealed he’s planning to release another album next summer.
