Proposing Via Twitter?

Many of you may know that I’m already on Twitter, and although I’ve come across some pretty crazy things on there. I’ve never come across anything like this.

 

As you can see in the pictures,  a man named Jerrod proposed to his loved one Shannon on Twitter, letting the whole world know the couple was going to get married. What’s pretty crazy is that Jerrod and Shannon aren’t the only people who have engaged in Twitter Proposals, many people have already. Can this possibly be a trend?
