Christian Audigier has completely revamped the plain boring Smart Cars into something creative.The Limited Edition Ed Hardy Smart Cars were revealed at the “When I Move You Move” lifestyle trade show in Las Vegas.
The Smart Car is will only be two options for the exterior, coming only in white or black. The first 100 models will be autographed and numbered by designer Christian Audigier.
Interior upgrades include the Ed Hardy leather seats, integrated Bluetooth and navigation systems, a custom Ed Hardy Kenwood 6.1″ touch screen AM/FM/CD/DVD player, Sirius satellite radio, iPod and iPod video interface, and a JL audio sound system.
Exterior upgrades include Ed Hardy edition badging, satin black multi-spoke wheels with the Ed Hardy “Tiger” center hub cap and a chrome dual tip exhaust system providing a 6hp and 14ft lbs. torque performance increase.
The Ed Hardy Smart Car will be offered as an upgrade package which isn’t quite so cheap. In fact, the upgrade package cost more than the actually car coming in at $22,765 + tax.
Hmmm, it looks a bit too “Pimp My Ride” to me.
